- The state’s higher education sector generates more than $4.5 billion for NH’s economy, including over 18,000 jobs.
- New Hampshire postsecondary education adds $3.2 billion each year in lifetime earnings potential to New Hampshire residents who receive degrees from New Hampshire institutions.
- New Hampshire ranks last, 50th out of 50 states, in appropriations of state tax funds for higher education per $1,000 of personal income.
